Weber BBQ Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion runs from November 22, 2024, to December 15, 2024.
   • The draw will be held on December 16, 2024.
2. Eligibility and Entry Conditions:
   • Entry is open to all customers with an active HMEC account within trading terms as of November 22, 2024.
   • To be eligible, participants must purchase lubricants from HMEC during the promotion period. Each purchase order equates to one entry.
   • Employees and immediate family members of HMEC are not eligible to enter.
3. Prize Details:
   • There is one (1) Weber Q (Q2000 – Classic 2nd Generation) Gas Barbecue LPG Portable BBQs to be won with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $389.
4. Draw and Prize Allocation:
   • The draw will take place on December 16, 2024.
   • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received from each depot location.
   • Winners will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the draw.
   • Winners will be published on the HMEC’s website and social media platforms.
5. Prize Claim:
   • Winners will have the BBQ shipped to them FOC.
6. General Conditions:
   • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • HMEC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   • HMEC’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
