Establishing HMEC in 2018, Managing Director Ryan Mercer has over 20 years of experience in the Mining and Civil industries in various projects across the country. With roles spanning open cut mining, underground mining, civil construction, bulk earthworks, rail, roads, bridges and tunnelling in both trade and plant management, Ryan has significant industry experience, leads a high performing team and enjoys the client engagement side of the business.
